If you are looking for a good Arch Support that is comfortable. This is the insole to get. Cushion is firm but still has that slight softness so your feel don't hurt.Only down fall is how thick the heel of the insole is, it raises the back of foot up more. As you are walking, the back of your tennis shoe just hits a little lower on your ankle. Something to get use to.

I am an active person and was walking 4/5 miles a day when plantar fasciitis sidelined me. I was recommended by my sports therapist to purchase these specific insoles. She said when you go for a walk those insoles need to be in your Hola athletic shoes! My plantar fasciitis has now been sidelined and I am back walking!I travel for work and always where a sock sneakers. I decided to purchase 4 more pairs of insoles and placed them in all my athletic type shoes.You can’t go wrong with these insoles.

Great insoles to add in any shoe, especially for people suffering from plantar fasciitis! 100% recommend .. a little stiff at first but it gets better once you wear it.

As to be expected, these insoles are much thicker than just the thin comfort insoles you can purchase. This product has a stiff arch support with a cushiony top making it very comfortable. I have used arch support and orthotic shoes for a few years now, and these seem to be working just fine. I am happy with my purchase.
