I have been taking Choline for some time now and find it clears the mind, and makes my memory better. I am not sure if this works for every one, but it works for me.

I read that choline may strengthen my brain-power and combat my fatty liver. This means of course that my pills will last me twice as long. The resulting current price of £9.97 for four months' supply seems to me reasonable (and also convenient). Xspan's rather odd-looking flat plastic bottles are of course letter-box friendly. The downside is that they all look exactly the same. Maybe I should rise to the challenge and decorate them in some way to distinguish the various supplements. Or maybe I just shouldn't take so many!?

Personally I find these easy to swallow. There is no taste to the capsule. My one disappointment with the product is that is comes with the standard 'produced in a facility that handles allergens' warning on the back. This catch all disclaimer seems to be put on everything these days. As someone who has a family member with a severe allergy I look for these warnings and they are everywhere. It smacks of laziness - it is easier to put the warning on than work out if it is actually an issure. The product claims to be vegan but then warns you that it may be contaminated with egg, milk, crustaceans and molluscs. Personally I am not a vegan but why produce a product advertising it as suitable for people avoiding animal products and then put a disclaimer on the back saying it might not be?

Easy to swallow, no bad taste. Love the packaging, easy to store and fits through the letterbox. I tried a couple of different supplements at the same time. This and another. Didn't notice any improvement, in fact, stopped taking it after a couple of weeks as I had been feeling pretty bad. Can't say what caused it but definitely hadn't noticed any improvements. Plan to revisit and try the supplements individually in future.

Its a good nutritional supplements i can say. Easy to swallow, nice taste. Pack contains 120 capsules which are enough for one month. Price for such pack I think is great. So I do recommend it to all.
