Papo The Dinosaur Figure, Triceratops, multicolor

These Papo dinosaurs are by far the best dinosaur toy/sculpts I've ever bought. I'm an artist by trade and the quality of each toy blows me away. Very detailed sculpts, wrinkles, scales and skin stretching are all visible. The paint job is always extremely well done. It seems to be a combination of ink wash, dry brush and airbrushing where needed. The small scale detail really pops when given this paint treatment. The toys are made of a very durable plastic, but you might not want to be rough with them because there are some very thin areas on a few dinos. Arms and fingers of the theropods could break off. Hasn't happened to any of mine yet and my kids play with them, but not harshly. I'm going to be duplicating this review for all of the papo dinos that look really good.

One of the most beloved dinosaurs ever, and Papo has delivered a great representation of Triceratops. I bought all of the carnivorous dinos right away, and once I got around to finally buying Triceratops - I was surprised to find that it fit so perfectly into my diorama. This dino adds a lot of dimension to your collection. In this case it was the first veggie dino I had gotten, so to have Triceratops counter-balance the terrain just added a whole new aesthetic to the collection. I am just as excited by the veggieosaurus toys, now - and am loving this wonderful Triceratops. I love the detailed neck, and the angle which it's standing is pleasing as well, as you can get a lot of expressive poses out if it. Triceratops offset my entire Papo collection, and was a breath of fresh air! It's really a great toy - it totally brings appreciation to the subject; a refreshingly likable dino!!

High quality toy, well worth the money. The joy is in the details. The triceratops is a bit heavy. I trust my son with this toy but I’d worry a bit about using it in my play therapy office because if a kid tosses this thing it could probably do some damage.

Just like my other Papo figures, this was exactly as described. High quality figure with a great paint job. I like these papo ones because they are almost exact replicas of the Jurassic Park designs. Horn was broken off in bag thanks to rough handling, but a bit of super glue fixed it. Great product.

The Papo Triceratops is really good. It's nicely detailed and the paint job really suits the model. It's larger and heavier than I thought it would be. My four year old plays with this Papo dinosaur and others in the range and they hold up nicely... seem very durable. If your child likes dinosaurs they won't be disappointed with this Triceratops.

Papo's Jurassic Park-inspired highly-detailed toy models in dynamic poses. Much like Papo's other figures, these are highly detailed and painted fairly elaboratly. They have a lot of details both on the mold and paint job. The only downside is that they are all not to scale with each other. Unlike figures from PNSO or Haolonggood, these are not scientifically accurate, but for an artistic rendition of a mashup between that and Jurassic Park, they're pretty awesome. Much like their Parasaurolopgus and Stegosaurus, this Triceratops doesn't not have a moveable jaw. Still, it's done nicely with a satin finish on the body, and a flatter finish on the frill. The body seems to have a more rubber feel than the rest of the body, which is my only complaint.

Great addition to you collection and of the highest collector quality you would expect of Papo! Nice LARGE size, great match for a good fight with the Papo adult T-rex. It's a bit on the heavy side. Very durable, horns and frill are pretty much undamaged even though they have rammed the T-Rex every day since purchase weeks ago. If I were to buy just two Papo dinos, I would say it would be this and the T-Rex. Definitely a must have.

Triceratops is one of my favorite dinosaurs and that is a nice design for a toy figure
