Will this case prevent accidental button pushing of the volume button?** A: No. I had the same hopes for my mom’s phone but no luck. I suppose it cuts down on the accidental volume lowering a little but it doesn’t stop it. **Q: Does it cover/protect the external screen?** A: It does not have a cover/protection over the external screen. The case is a basic plastic case that clips on. **Q: I do a lot of texting, but get annoyed with predictive options- can I just enter the letters I want?** A: This item is a case. We do not sell phones. Sounds like that would be an adjustable setting....I suggest to check user manual, text message section. **Q: Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the last Nokia fIip phone I purchased was in January - it died in May? Any recourse?** A: Try to return it ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! *by H***I on 24 November 2025* It's grippy and very nice on the eyes. Love it.
