The only reason I am giving this five stars is because I can't give it TEN. I sat the barking device with the blinking light in between fence slats and the little ten pound barker that lives next door was running around in circles trying to figure out what was happening. She has actually stopped barking for the first time in two years. I wish we had known about this device many headaches ago.

I tested it twice and it worked perfectly for my neighbor's Labrador. It is a very discreet and small device, that you could have it indoors, outdoors, or take it with you on trips.The device comes with a user's manual. All you need is a single battery.

This device definitely works. Our rear neighbor has 5+ dogs with no training. One has separation anxiety and would bark for hours on end. We're two days into having it up and have heard only one of the small dogs bark and then stop immediately. I wish I would have found this product sooner. Make sure box is aimed at source and as close as possible.

Finally some peace. The house next door has 2 big dogs that bark non stop all day and night. Not anymore. This device worked instantly. Now 1 runs when we walk by as they associate us with the device. We can put in the kitchen window and it works without being outdoors.

This small dog bark device has to be my favorite Amazon purchase in years! After six months of listening to my nextdoor neighbors German Shepard mix bark and bark and bark, I couldn't take it any longer. With barely 20-25 feet between my bedroom and nextdoor the barks seemed, at times, to be coming from inside my house. The dog-whistle option didn't work. I needed something more powerful that would have a lasting effect. I turned to Amazon for some help in finding the right solution. After reading reviews and descriptions for many different anti-dog bark devices, I landed on this little beauty! By that evening by ears started to hear the sweet sound of NOTHING! Same day delivery and a 9volt battery this ultrasonic genius was invisibly placed on guard in my tree waiting for the annoying yelps to emerge from nextdoor. I have the sensitivity setting at 2 which has been very effective. Hopefully, things continue as they have been since Sunday night. I'll post an update down the road a bit.

I had high hopes for this product. At about 20' and 18" off the ground (max setting), it's not even phasing the dogs behind me. Test setting indicates battery OK. Could it be small breeds are immune?
