Great product, helps keep blood sugars down.

They help me with a sugar problem now under control !!!

I don’t know what the big to do is about this supplement, but it worked 0% for me. It did help me manage my sugar a little bit, but it made me retain water like no one‘s business and I felt bloated and gross the whole time I took it.

So, I thought I'd write a review about this particular brand...it didn't work for me. In fact, after 30days, I gained weight! It came in a beige like color (not a yellow color pill). That should've been my first clue, as I've researched this and other Berberine products and users advised of yellow color and if not, then product may not be true Berberine. After 2 weeks, I still didn't notice any difference but decided it may take time, so I committed to the full 30days. Well, again after 30days of taking product, and getting 12,000 steps in 5 days a week as well as monitoring my eating to eat healthier, still no change and again, I ended up gaining weight. This is very discouraging as there's 30days of my life I can't get back and had I tried or used another product, my results may have been better. I ordered from another company ,the pills are yellow and will see how that works for me. I'm sure as with anything it's trial and error to see which brand of Berberine will work for you. Glad to know for others that it helped them and they received great results.

Best brand I have tried. Cleared my arteries as evidenced by a heart cath.

I take berberine 500mg twice a day. This is four times that amount. If you’re switching from another brand like I did, please read the label before taking. Capsules are easy to swallow. I would buy this again.

For the cost ,this is a great product

We are on our second bottle of berberine and this one seems to be more effective with the HCL and concentration. So far am losing on average 600g per week with no diet or excercise changes yet as well as my hunger and sugar cravings have gone down quite a lot since starting these. Only watch out is a have had a few days where i have skipped a meal while working because i was not hungry, so i will need to keep an eye on that. Overall super happy so far

A really potent shot of berberie to balance sugar, destroy bad intestine bacteria that cause constipation and for those who want to lose weight, I believe it assists with that too.

Early days but signs are good. I've only been on this product a few weeks and mostly at this stage I have noticed I am less hungry and my metabolism seems more effective. On reading about the product I see it takes up to 3 months to build up in my system and for me to notice the results
