Just need 2 clamps one under the weight to create enough room for your foot, and the other to lock down the weight . Really cool!

I love this thing. I don’t even add a circular weight to it. I just add whatever I have around the house that’s heavy. I use a cinch to hold weights on. It Works great.

Nice build and construction, good heavy material. I bought this mainly to do Nordic Hamstring curls at home and also do situps, its a great tool to have in my gym, you need to put on the clamp first before the plates if you want to do nordics, followed up by another clamp or collar clip to hold the weights from falling off. Of course it works as intended for a tib bar as well. I recommend this product. Very happy with purchase

We bought this device for our at home gym. So far the product is sturdy and no issues at all. It useful since we don't own a leg extension machine. Doesn't take up much space within our garage.

It works great and easy to ensemble when using & easy to take apart when I need to throw back in my gym bag.
