- Collar stays are 3/8" wide and hold collars firmly in place. This package contains 8 pairs in FOUR DIFFERENT SIZES (2.2", 2.5", 2.75", and 3.0"). Different sizes are required because there are many different types of dress shirt collars. For example, spread collars use 2.2" or 2.5" while traditional collars use 2.75" or 3.0". As with any collar stays, always leave at least a 1/8" gap between the collar's fold and the end of the collar stay.

These collar stays are wider than normal and fill the pockets underneath collared shirts better than your typical collar stay.
