I sat overnight in this chair waiting to get into a free dental clinic in 52 degree weather and rain. Worked perfectly. Strong soIid chair. Cushion is very comfortable. Only downside is the plastic cup and phone holder. Does not hold anything in place. Too bad because it clips right onto the chair nicely. The platform stays in place but holes for things are too shallow. Could be modified or replaced. Buy the chair for its rugged build and ability to be very cozy and comfortable for many hours. I love it. Do not let the cup holder stop you

While the chairs appear to be sturdy I have several issues. First of all, I received the chairs a week after the promised delivery date with no notice from the seller that the delivery would be late. Secondly, the chair is advertised as a 26 inch wide chair but the chairs I received were not quite 25 inches wide at the widest point of the chair and the seating area is 16 inches wide, lets try for a little truth in advertising folks😒. The third item is my wife is unable to use her chair because at 5 foot 3 inches the chair will not operate for her. I am 6 foot and the chair operates for me but if I were any taller I doubt it would be comfortable. The chairs should state the best heights for the occupants to be able to control the chairs and for comfort. Even though these chairs are advertised for their weight carrying capacity, I would not recommend them for anyone above medium stature as they could be too restrictive in width, especially for someone with that little extra girth that so many of us in America seem to have today.

It constantly makes a ticking noise when using it.

Great product. Very comfortable and has good neck support. I put a blanket in the crease for back support and it made it even better! Love it! The cushion is super cozy too. Strong product worth it! 10 out of 10!

Supports more weight than most . Comfortable.Doesn't bead water though it dries fairly quickly.Locks in upright position with a hand lock on either arm rest
