There are many articles on the benefits of dandelion and milk thistle so I was eager to try these. That said, I have no idea if they work but I've got a 90 day supply to start with. They are easy to swallow and have no flavor. So far I have noticed no ill side effects. I like that these are all natural and made in the USA. Hoping for an improvement in enzymes from taking these daily!

These supplements are great for supporting liver health, and I can tell the difference when taking them. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and will taste weird if you let them sit in your mouth for too long. Overall, it's a great find for a decent price.

I will need to update my results when he gets his lab work done. My dog is turning 16 this year and his liver is not healthy. I am giving him this supplement to see if his liver results improve. Fingers crossed!

Made in the USA andis beneficial to our liver health. With all the chemicals we digest in processed foods, alcohol, and high sugars our livers need any help they can get. I'm not a strong believer on taking daily supplements everyday feel like you might get too much of something. So I will take a few days and then skip a few. I do find when I take some milk thistle before a party and the following day hangovers seem to be easier to deal with.
