JASUN Homeleader Premier Oil Filled Panel Radiator 400-1000W - wall mounted & floor/freestanding (1000W)

Bought two of these - one 1000 watt and one 800 watt for use in a kitchen and on a landing. Fitting instructions are a complete waste of time, poorly printed and so tiny you cannot see what brackets they are referring to. I wall mounted both, and just worked out how to fit the brackets, which wasn't too difficult. They seem to pump out a fair bit of heat, and are doing the job just fine.The only slight criticism is that the wall mount brackets are basically clips top and bottom, so the top ones are visible, but that is not sufficient a problem to knock a star off.

Review is for the 1KW version. Only just received and mounted so cant comment on durability. Initial impressions are great. It looks and feels from a heat point of view like a real radiator. It is large - make sure you double check you have the room for the version you select A much better solution than the convector style units.A few small snags. The mountings are flimsy and the radiator could come off the wall should someone put a lot of weight on it. Insufficient wall fixings were supplied. Finally it's worth pointing out that the switch / thermostat housing is fairly crude and possibly may not meet UK standards.

Absolute rubbish doesn't even warm the room just looks good.

I decided to buy this to replace the panel heaters I had in the flat when I bought it last May. With the recent cold snap, I was using so much electricity to heat my flat with the panel heaters it was ridiculous!! I'm so pleased I did this as although still more expensive than gas to run these radiators are more efficient than the panel heaters and heat the room nicely just like gas central heating (the panel heaters just made the room stifling hot and when I turned them off it was cold within 5 minutes). I have 2 in my flat and electricity usage has gone down considerably!

Very disappointed we are unable to report damaged components direct to seller and have to create a review to bring to sellers attention !!

Heats up quickly and turns off when up to temperature. Gets very hot so carefully where you put it

Well made, works very well in my loft room.If you want to mount it on the wall, ditch the useless instructions and use your judgment or get a workman to do it for you.

Ordered three of the 1000W and they were finally installed yesterday. All of them fitted on the wall, they look good, easy to use the settings and work as they should.
