Good fence paint brush
I was a bit dubious about buying this brush but it performed very well when I was painting my fence - it was easy to load the brush and apply the paint, it didn't shed any bristles and the finish was good. It took me a few days to finish the fence - I just put the brush in a poly bag overnight without washing it out first, next day it was fine OK to continue working with. When I finished the job washed the brush in a bit of soapy water and then rinsed it under the tap. Good value.

A bush that works
This bush, as I have only used one, very nice apart from the handle is narrow. It’s long enough but to hold in gloved hands it was hard work. Bristles held up with nothing being lost. It has good pick with the soft bristles and what was a hit and run job not expensive to just discarded

Really good brush. Not too heavy and easy to brush on fence. Washes well.

The perfect brush for the job.
Look, the best way to put paint on a whole room is spraying, and that was what I had planned. But my paint sprayer decided to breakdown, so I had to buy a brush - I don't like rollers, endless cleaning. I have used cheap emulsion brushes that are just two rows of bristles. Those are not worth buying because the paint sits in the middle of the bristles, you don't get enough on the wall, and it then runs down the handle. I've used more expensive where they are thick with bristles, you can't get enough paint on with them either as the stiffness takes the paint off again and they get heavy to hold. These are perfect, 4 rows of bristles, big enough to get a decent amount of paint on the wall and soften to spread it around. Works well just using the tip to get in the texture of my lime plaster and spreads flat wall smooth. Any excess on the brush can be removed buy just scraping the brush flat on the wall. Really the perfect brush for this pain.

Cheap and actually pretty great
This was a cheap option at about a third of the price of others. For a fence this is perfect. Honestly I'm happy that this is single use and the cost means I'm unconcerned about destroying the brush while getting into the awfully tight garden fence panel spaces and in any dirt. Bottom line is it's cheap, the brush bristles are actually pretty good and it has a feature to hang on the ladder or something while you're painting which is useful. It's not what I'd buy for delicate painting like inner walls but for fences this is perfect. The plastics have me a blister after a while as they are really unforgiving but I can live with that.

EXCELLENT MASONRY PAINT BRUSH
I needed a good brush to apply masonry paint to the exterior of an Edwardian (1910) house with roughcast render plus a couple of added more modern bits with smoother render on them. This brush has shown itself capable of handling the application on the roughcast render well, enabling the paint to be applied quite quickly over a good area and being able to get the paint in all the little troughs and hollows formed by the large pebbles (this style of render uses larger stones than pebble-dash), so the rate of coverage is quicker than i was anticipating. The brush profile (120 x 30 mm) enables a good amount of paint to be picked up, which leads to good coverage and the stiffness of the bristles means that you can stipple the paint into the uneven surface then brush it out easily giving a smooth even coating. The reason for 4 stars is the handle: this is designed to be able to be turned 90 degrees so that with a neat little hook that is built in, you can hook it over the side of the paint can when needed. Clever and useful! This however means that the handle is a bit loose in the top of the brush itself, so I find I have to grip both the handle and the brush for much of the time to keep the brush going in the direction I want. Mind you at the price they are charging I can live with that!! In all other respects this is an excellent brush and I hope it will last a long time.
