Will this get rid of black coloured skin on my Westie?

I apply Coconut Oil to my Westies darkened skin patches. Clears Over Night! Helps sooth and moisturise her awful sore broken skin too. Magical please try. This is the BEST shampoo! I alternate this with a soothing natural aloe Vera dog shampoo as to not dry out and strip her skin of its natural oils etc.

Can this be used safely on cats, too?
