Color and materials quality very poor

This is beautiful but not as it expected and on this description said unstitch blouses. My thoughts was a complete designed (cut out design ready to be sew as free size. Or it’s just me that mistaken or misunderstood. ???

It didn’t match color in pic and was drab. Quality of material is not good too. Just a running piece of material of poor quality with poor quality border attached. The stitching of border too doesn’t have professional finish.
