Classy and premium scooter
Dual suspension gives you a properly comfortable ride. Even more evident if you own a scooter without suspension (or even only rear suspension). If only one could unlock speed to get 30km/hr as with some countries. Charger built in so all you need is a power cord, super convenient. Very happy I purchased this

I bought this scooter only 100 days and the suspension is broken .im so disappointed because this is so expensive but the quality is not good

I've had it for two years. Great scooter. Wish it went faster than 25 km/h otherwise just great!! ( it was supposed to be potentially faster using app but i couldn't do it)

Amazing ride
Super smooth ride, you barely feel the bumps thanks to the amazing suspensions. Very nice big but quiet heavy to carry around. You can’t regret this purchase even if the price is quite high compared to other models . Cons : the bell is just terrible and doesn’t serve its purpose at all. No one pays attention to it as it is just a bip and nothing else . The box was opened when I received it, contacted the reseller to raise my concern tho.

Return the scooter and have it replaced by a reliable one
Unfortunately the scooter doesn’t allow to pair with the phone: neither via QR code nor by manual searching of the ninebot on the app. Probably it is looked by another user. Therefore, I ask seeking a return and exchange with a new reliable one! This is not a good experience at all and made me spent the whole evening trying to find ways to connect the thing!

Excellent product.
This is a fantastic scooter, much more robust than it appears in the images. Comfortable ride, good battery life and excellent build quality. Totally recommended.
