I think it works well - especially for the price. I mounted inside on firewall between the parking brake and brake on my 2016 F250. I don't even notice it. Of course I hear it (loud) when running it but any compressor would be loud. I didn't want it under the truck due to elements (dust/water/etc) impacting it. The lines can be tough to seat BUT some commentors just aren't getting the line pushed into the quick connectors far enough to seal. Also, the Amazon website shows how to connect line to the actual compressor - make sure to understand that and it works great.

They did real good but it has a very very slow air leak,i haven't found yet

I purchased this item from many selections. The video they made was very informative to item they were selling. I received the box that was packed very well. Checking out all the parts and found everything was present. Read the instructions to install it was simple. The quality of this item was outstanding. From the heavy construction of the air pressure gauge, to the metal to holding the gauge and switch. The wiring and the hoses connectors that were made from stainless steel will last for years. There is nothing cheap on this product. For the price, you got your money's worth. Awesome product!!! If or when, I had to replace it, I would buy it again. This is a quality product. Thank you!!!

Terrible product and horrible customer service for warranty. I purchased this compressor September 2025. It’s not January of 2026, so I used this unit for three and a half months and it’s already not working. I don’t use the compressor very often only when I tow. I have towed a total of 4 times so I have only used the compressor four times to air up my bags. I contacted seller and explained the issue. They said they would replace the unit but I would need to give them $50 for shipping. I’m not waisting any more money on garbage parts. I would highly recommend passing on this compressor and the company. If you see product details the company claims to offer a 1 year warranty. But after multiple emails they stated they only offer 90 day warranty. This company is absolutely terrible to deal with. They don’t stand behind their product. My compressor is 4 months old and only used 4 times and it has already gone bad. I wouldn’t use this unit even if it was free. I wouldn’t highly recommend a company like Airlift who offer a year warranty. Also have thousands of 5 star ratings.

Shipped in fast. Came packaged with everything you need to install. I stalled very easily and worked great.

I purchased this item because it had a 4 star or more rating. It arrived promptly as Amazon orders do. The instructions were reasonable and installation was painless. When done, the system was operating, however the gauge did not show any pressure. Therefore, I had my son hold the button to run the compressor while I pulled the air line to ensure it was pushing air. I found it was pushing air. After reading further into the reviews I saw other purchasers had issues with fittings leaking. Therefore, I then made some soapy water in a spray bottle and sprayed it on all the fittings to check for leaks. I found one of the two T fittings was leaking at 2 out of 3 connections. After finding that, I pulled the air line free and reinserted them, pushing as hard as could; still leaked. The kit came with an extra T fitting so I cut the air line to ensure a fresh end and pushed them into the extra/new T fitting. I sprayed it with soapy water while the compressor ran and it still leaked, only at different connections but still two of three. After numerous attempts I gave up and emailed the company in hopes of getting new fittings so it will be operational for my trip in 1.5 weeks. The response I got was, paraphrased, sorry but can’t directly send replacements but recommend check the fitting. If they are truly defective, then visit our product page to purchase new ones. They have me over a barrel; I have all the tubing and wiring completed, and now have holes in my truck to install compressor. I can go through the work of pulling it all apart and leaving holes in truck frame or spend more money to make it work. That is not acceptable. I rated this as a three because I can’t rate it any higher and I always discount really low reviews figuring those people have an axe to grind. Therefore, I rated it at three hoping potential customers would actually read it and see what they are spending their money on. All the parts b min ay or may not be operational and if they are not, customer service is poor.
