Vitamin Double Strength D3 10,000 IU & K2 200mcg, 240 Softgels | 10,000 IU Vitamin D & 200mcg K2, Bone Strength, Immune Function & Calcium Absorption Support*, Coconut Oil Infused

I received the supplement 2 days after ordering. It arrived unbroken and the gel caps were not melted or stuck together. First let me describe the product: they are very small and easy to swallow. No odor and no taste. I have had to take Vitamin D for sometime as prescribed by my provider. My D blood levels were really low - less than 12ng/ml and I would be prescribed a once-a-week prescription of 50,000 IUs to take once a week for 12 weeks. My blood level would be where it needed to be - greater than 20ng/ml. But when I had to return in 3 months for repeat blood work, the level was back down below 12ng/ml. And, I would get another prescription not for a weekly dose. My insurance company no longer covers Vitamin D and I have to purchase over-the-counter. I saw the Naturebell promotion for D3 + K2 supplement and reviewed it with my provider. She said that 10,000 IUs per day is in the upper range for a dose (this is the amount one would get from direct sunlight). As I don't seem to retain/absorb it well and my sunlight exposure is limited, she was okay with the 10,000 IU dose. She will check my blood level again in 3-4 months. I have now been taking the D3 + K2 for almost 3 weeks and have had no adverse side effects. I feel good, energy level is more consistant since taking daily. I take 1 everying morning ... I try to take with a fatty food like butter on toast or cheese in an omelette as the fat helps it to be better absorbed. I do drink coffee and caffiene does interfere with the absorption somewhat. I also have some gut issues that interfere with absorption. The 10,000 IUs should be just right. So far, I am very pleased. As to the K2 helping with the absorpiton of calcium to the bones -- I'll have to wait and see. I had a bone scan done about 2 months ago and will repeat in about a year. I'm 74 years old and am looking forward to this supplement helping with some "old age" issues. I have used Naturebell products in the past (I am still using their Magnesium) and have been very satisfied. I have confidence in their products.

I recently learned that D3 is critical for energy as well as immune support. This is the brand I have been giving to my family and it works well as the pills are little, easy to swallow, and has no taste. Also, it has the K2 which is a necessary combo with D3 for absorption. With the price being this good, we will continue to reorder this brand.

A while back, I had lab work done to check my vitamin D levels, and they were very low. So I started taking this, and the next time I went back to have my vitamin D levels checked, they were towards the high end in what's considered the normal range, so that lets me know that this supplement is the real deal! Not to mention, ever since I've been taking these, I haven't gotten sick with any colds or flu like I used to, but that's ONLY my own experience. Other people's experiences with this may vary. Last thing to note, these don't bother my stomach at all, and I think more people should consider taking this, and it doubles as a K2 supplement as well, so I'm willing to believe that it'll help keep your K2 levels optimal!

I’ve started scanning labels on supplements to make sure I’m getting decent ones and not junk packed with fillers. This one has a solid rating for quality and I can’t overstate our body’s need for these 2 supplements. Don’t take my word for it, do your own research and you’ll see.

These seem to work fine, and I’m able to get my D levels up. They don’t bother my stomach and they’re very small and easy to take.
