Mmmm...doesn't work as well as i hoped
Have mid to upper back pain. This doesn't seem to sit low enough on my mid back. Works well for my shoulders. Kept anyway but would not recommend.

Good support
All in all a good product ... just a little tricky to put on by yourself. I struggled with it. Once it’s on, you see an immediate difference in posture.
