These tags looked great and were quite identifiable on my bags...the FIRST time I took a trip with them. Unfortunately by trip #2, one of them fell off completely and was not on my bag at all. I thought the metal tie would be much more secure, but apparently not. While they say "satisfaction guaranteed", Amazon doesn't make it super easy to find contact info for the seller, so getting a replacement (if you want one) may be a little challenging. For the effort, I'd just as soon buy a different type of tag.

Although not yet traveled with, these tags look and feel as if they will do a great job helping me identify my luggage. Flexible, reasonably large and RED to contrast my black luggage. Can't wait to put them to use.

Well made. Wish it had other then cabling attachments, like nylon straps! Hopefully the cabling attachments will not rust.
