Hook brass broke in the 1st mail deposit , cheap materials

Needs something slick on inside where the mail hits as postman complained of how hard it was to get the mail in. At his request we took it off.

This product did not work well for us. When mailman came to put mail into slot that bag would just fall away to the floor. Needs a better attachment mechanism. Bag also was easily be pulled away by our dog.

This product is too heavy for the sticky tape. We don’t have a wooden door so the screws aren’t useful. It keeps falling down. We were away for a few days and the mail bag fell to the floor, (as it always does) but this time the mail stick to the tape and now the tape and mailAre stuck to one another. Completely unusable, ruined the Velcro tape completely.Waste of money, and probably cannot return it like this.

I was expecting it to be more pleasing to the eye. It's flimsy and awkward.

Blocks the mail carrier from being able to put our mail through the slot. Needs to be much deeper, otherwise it’s useless.
