Works great, easy to install, and love how they protect the flame. BUT my 22" Blackstone is set on the scissor legs, and the firebox is secured to the back of the hood and frame with 2 large struts. These stick out just enough that if you place the wind protectors over them, the hood knocks them off as soon as you open it. If you try to put the end under the struts, the wind protectors don't fit because they are too wide. If you put them off to the side, and they stick out 3" (unfortunately the best option) they are easily knocked off when you walk by too closely (to the cold griddle) or when you put the fabric cover on.Next step is to try to cut them down so I can get them to mount better.

We started without, but after a month, we decided to try and now we couldn't use our Blackstone without them. These work as described. Blackstone sits on our upper deck and it get a lot of westerly winds. These allow the Blackstone to heat evenly and it will cook faster, too.

I like them sure help from blowing out my fire.

it did what its suppose to due it keeps the heat in side the bottom grill for more condense heating of the grill

You must loosen or remove side shelves to install.

These wind guards are so handy I am very pleased I purchased them. The magnets are sturdy and the guards stay put and really help keep the flame burning on those windy days.

Great fit keeps heat in and blocks wind

We recently built a deck onto our townhouse and I opted for griddle instead of a grill. It’s pretty wind sometime. Researched different ways to block wind and found these. They work great, keep the heat constant on the griddle top. I’m interested to see if they also help to conserve propane. I would recommend them.

Facile à installé couvre bien les espaces (aérées) pour conserver la chaleur. Pas encore fais l'essaie s'il y'a quelque chose je vousen ferai mention.

The gap between the side unit magnets do not fit well around the reinforced pieces on the grill top.

Had to remove one screw to fit and reinstall after fitting guard. Definitely increases heat retention of the the griddle especially in windy conditions of southern Alberta. Best add on to your griddle.
