I am a hobby level user. This product arrives in a blow moulded case which is a little flmsy but is a better thing that the usual at this price point. The case does the job of protecting the bit while in storage but I have taken one star off. The bit itself is very good , does the job of template following to set hinges into a door at the correct surface. Leaves a good finish. So I would recommend. I have now bought some other bits from this company and will review in due course after use. By the way my bits came with instructions for cooling the bit in use by fluid. I did not follow these as I think they are in error for a woodworking cutter. I usually opt for Trend but they are very expensive. So the price of SROL attracted me and I am not dissapointed.

The bit comes in a huge plastic container 3 times its size with no fit as such allowing it to rattle back and forth. Haven't even got round to using it before noticing the tip of one of the edge is chipped, no use at all for it's intended purpose in a cnc router. There is no evidence of the chipped piece inside the container so shows the QC is none existent. Certainly wouldn't be recommending.

Far better quality cutters than I'd expected for the money - they've done 6 months of fairly consistent weekend and evening DIY'ing second fixing a new build between cutting hinges etc.. into door and architrave, to profiling architrave and cutting cable relief into skirtings and they're only now starting to object.Got great service from them and won't hesitate to buy them again.

Done the job. Not for everyday hardwood use. U get what u pay for and dies the job fir what I need so far. Cheap enough to replace.

This worked pretty well on its first job (seasoned oak). I'm not entirely convinced that it will last a long time but, as I don't expect to use it often, it is fair value for money and on balance fit for my purpose.

Excellent tool for price , but need to check the protrution of the Allen screw in the main body, need to file off about 0.3 mm from head t avoid damage to work price.

Very good value for money and has stayed sharp after several uses. Only minor point being that the hex grub screw is easy to over tighten and mis shape
