I can't lay claim to this purchase because my wife ordered it but it is a slick little kitchen gadget that will make food prep much faster. We particularly like it for preparing salad and you can take a full head of Iceberg Lettuce and slice it up with precision and safety in seconds. Clean-up afterward is extremely easy and it seems to be fine when ran through the dishwasher. When prepping...trying to get lettuce rinsed well is also easy with the top portion turned upside down. Place the lettuce and tomatoes in it and run water over as it drains through the slots. All Good

Excellent idea and works just as depicted. It is the only slicer my husband has used and has not cut himself!!!!He even looks forward to using it for me

Yeah, it’s a piece of crap. Doesn’t cut anything and no knife is big enough.
