I had never used liposomal vitamin c before, but recently learned how much more effective it is, than to regular vitamin c. There are many benefits of vitamin c and I chose this product to help my skin and I love how bright it looks when I take them.You take two capsules daily. They are a big large, a bit like the typical Omega 3 capsule size.But they are easy to swallow, due to their shape.I really liked this product. I felt it was very effective and certainly helped my skin to look better.I also chose this brand due to their good price.It's a bit more expensive to regular vitamin c, but the quality is superior.

This is really the best liposomal vitamin C. One of my favourite is the size so easy of swallow, I have been using this product for over a year and I have to say they work 100% my level of energy are over the moon. When my package arrived I noticed that the brand name and supply address in Germany had changed on the boxes containing the bottles. The name is still very similar, just two letters different and hardly noticeable. I believe it's the same Vitamin C as I used before though and it seems to work well when used as a high dose when I'm not feeling well.
