This drying mat is the bomb. For years I have been using the thick cloth counter mats that I would purchase at stores like Home Goods, Target, W Mart and they were ok but they needed to be washed after every use. I saw these drying mats on Amazon's site read about them and thought they were worth a try. They are so good! Many sizes and colors to pick from they lay flat, don't slip, absorb the water, just as described in the add, looks great on the counter too. I can't say enough about this product. Oh and cleaning them is easy too. If you hand wash your dishes, I am pretty sure you will be very happy with one of these....reasonably priced too. Check them out. You won't be disappointed with this product.

I needed something absorbent around my kitchen sink faucet area. It was always wet from washing hands, dishes, etc. The ready made one's were not deep enough, so I thought of using this mat. I cut it to the depth plus the backsplash amount using a utility knife and straight edge, scored the backsplash fold area on the back, used a compass for the 2" hole and cut with a utility knife and then cut a line from the front edge to the hole opening. Works great! No more wet area behind and around the faucet.

I bought this because we don’t have a drying rack nor the room to put one. At first I didn’t know which side to use but I figured out the gray is the top. It highly absorb all the water and plenty of room to hold a lot of dishes. Great buy.

I wish it was bigger it's kind of small so I'll have to order another one

I bought this dish mat for the color. The sage-green color matched my kitchen perfectly. It is super easy to throw in the washer--just don't use fabric softener. it's a pretty large mat, which is perfect for my needs. Highly recommended.

Price point was a little high at the time of purchase. Measurements were correct. I order the grey and color did not disappoint. I have been using for 10 days,so far no mildew(which is why I purchased this item). It does seem to dry quicker on the top. My issue is because it dries quickly on top I think that is because the wetness sinks into and seeps into the rubber on the bottom. So my counter stays wet. This is reasoning for giving 3 stars. Product description is not accurate. It does not protect the sink from water. It does lay flat. The thickness is just right if only it could stay dry from top to bottom.

I bought this for my client because she has limited counter space, this cleans up nicely too. Love it

I have since purchased more of these as gifts because they are so wonderful! Once a finish a set of dishes, I keep mine stored by hanging it by a clip pants hanger in my pantry so it is able to air out and stay fresh. Just a little trick! You will love this mat.
