Rich flavor without the coffee shop price tag
Some coffees wake you up. This one wakes you up and then politely introduces itself. The first thing I noticed was the flavor. It has these rich chocolate notes with a little raw sugarcane sweetness that show up naturally instead of tasting like someone dumped flavored syrup into the bag. It's smooth, balanced, and easy to drink whether you're a coffee expert or just someone trying to survive a Monday morning. I also liked learning where the beans come from. These are 100% Colombian Excelso Arabica beans, and they're sourced directly from farmers in the Quindío region. The company emphasizes traceability, so you know the beans didn't just magically appear in a warehouse somewhere. The careful handpicking process seems to pay off too. Every cup I've made has been consistently good, which is more than I can say for my attempts at making pancakes. Another thing that stood out is that this is a family-owned, women-owned business. That doesn't automatically make coffee taste better, but it's nice knowing the company supports a culture where people are encouraged to share ideas and grow together. It gives the whole thing a more personal feel than grabbing a random bag off a giant shelf. A great way to start your morning
I certainly can't be considered a coffee aficionado, but when my regular brand was out, I randomly picked this. It's smooth, non-acidic, and has a wonderful aroma and taste. We loved it and will buy again.

It tastes really bad to me. High acidity, some earthy aftertaste, as if I was chewing dirt. Method was moka pot.

Buyer beware! …flavored? coffee
These flavored coffees taste like regular coffee. The milk chocolate, vanilla and honey flavors are barely detectable. A spoonful of sugar did nothing to bring out the flavors. The quality of the coffee is fresh, smooth and mild. Café Quindio Medium Roast 100%Columbian Excelso Arabica Gourmet (regular and decaf) is one of our favorite coffees. It’s unfortunate that they missed the mark on these flavored versions.
