Cyber Monday Special - Tea Infuser Tumbler with Loose Leaf Tea Strainer

I do not want to hold this against the company, it could have been dropped throughout the shipping process. I went ahead and filled the tumbler with water to check for leaks. No leaks were found. I will continue to test it out over the next few days. I do like the stainless steel strainer. And the lid is very nice for drinking.

The tumbler is nice. But it is kind of confusing that the instructions which came with it warned not to put hot liquid in plastic bottles. May be it is just some kind of generic message because this is a tea mug, not a bottle.

So excited to get this in the mail! Then I open the package and find the unit to be waaay smaller than expected... to ruin the whole deal, it busted to pieces the second my daughter dropped it 8" from the ground...the cup was empty at the time.

First time I used it most of the tea came out into the water because the top of the infuser doesn't seal well at all! I had to strain it again and take the infuser out to drink the tea. Very disappointed.

Item was broken. Will return for replacement.

I liked the tea infusing part that kept it submerged at the top, that's about it.My first problem was that it was plastic and no indication if it was BPA free. Amazon questions avoided answering it, mostly because people don't know. I emailed SHANO and they claimed it was BPA free. However, I am skeptical. The bottle itself came with a note that warned about hot temperatures and plastic, in English but with bad grammar.The lip for the top is bad. I could not safely sip on hot tea because the lip is so deep, forcing you to tilt it more than necessary to get over that hump/lip, and leading to a lot of hot liquid pouring over.Lastly, it broke within a week when I accidentally pushed it over my desk. The lip/wall completely broke off and it's unusable now.

Simple and convenient tea infuser! Most of the tea infusers of this type that I've tried have been the delicate glass kind. Visually of course they are stunning indeed, but sometimes I just want to make some tea for a day at the park.The container is plastic and the tumbler is stainless steel. All I do is put my loose leaf tea in the tumbler, fill the plastic pitcher with boiling water and let the tea steep. Easy as pie. It's very portable too. I let the tea cool down overnight, toss in some ice and honey, and we're good to go! I really like the quality and how nicely it works. I would definitely buy again. I really like this tea infuser tumbler with lid by Shano Smart Products. This set includes a double walled tumbler, a tea infuser, and a lid. This double walled design not only protects my hands from the temperature of the tea inside, it also works as insulation to keep cool drinks cool and hot drinks hot.I've seen reports by others that this tumbler can be easily broken, but I have not had any issues so far.
