Love the taste
Love this coffee brand and how it tastes. Unfortunately you need to be careful with the delivery as last time 3 out of 6 jars were smashed (this is why 4 stars). They need to better control the packaging.

Brilliant value.
After reading previous reviews I was dubious about arriving broken, I was dubious about ordering. However, all bottles arrived intact and very well packaged, using both hard plastic and bubble wrap.

Product seems to have changed?
I've been ordering this product off of Amazon for some time now, supermarkets before that. Ordering a pack of 6 worked out cheaper when food prices shot up with inflation. Twice the packages were poorly packed & arrived smashed. Don't believe what you read, it was possible to get them replaced. The last 2 orders have seemed different? 1. The taste has become more bitter. 2. The granules don't look the same as before & do not blend into the beverage completely when stirred. 3. Some of the jars have arrived with the tamper proof seals broken. I don't think I will buy any more Douwe Egberts coffee from this supplier.
