Great pasta. You can buy cheaper locally made dried pasta, and most people including me are fine with that most of the time, but if you like excellent pasta and sauce, and can afford to splurge, this product elevates the dish. I believe it’s also healthier. I just placed an order for more as I’m out. Next time I’ll include a photo or two for what it’s worth.

You can eat it plain
This stuff has a surprisingly good flavor. Most pasta is just a flavorless vehicle for sauce, but I could eat this plain (and usually do end up popping pieces in my mouth during meal prep). It really makes you wonder why other pasta is so bland.
