I was a little worried about getting these because they don't have noise cancellation; however, I'm so glad I ended up getting them. They're comfortable in the ear and they don't fall off. I like to use them when I go for my walks and they stay on the whole time and the sound quality is really good. I can hear clearly even when I'm on a busy street so noise cancellation really isn't an issue for me at all. I also tried them in a phone call and the sound was clear for me and for the other person on the line. Also, downloading the app is easy, you just scan the barcode and you can download it (since it's not in the app store). From the app, you choose what functions the tap, double tap and triple tap do. However, there is no function where you can decrease or increase the volume and to me that's the only con for these headphones. So if you're debating getting these headphones, I say go for it 100%. They're well priced and work really well ( as well as my Galaxy buds pro) so I'm really happy with my purchase

Great sound quality, lightweight, and comfortable. Pairing was confusing at first, but here’s the trick: To switch between two devices, you need to put the earbuds in pairing mode by touching both earbuds from the back side (not the top) for a few seconds. Then connect from the second device—it works smoothly. Overall, excellent value for everyday use.

I’ve been really happy with these earbuds. The sound quality is clear, the connection is stable, and they’re comfortable enough to wear for long periods. The battery lasts a long time, so I don’t have to charge them often, and the compact charging case is easy to carry around. They also stay securely in my ears during walks and workouts. Overall, they’re a great value for the price and perform better than I expected.

Dear Support Team, I am facing an issue with my headset’s Bluetooth connection. The headset is not able to connect to multiple mobile phones. For example, when I connect one mobile phone at home and leave it connected, I cannot connect another mobile phone at my office. The headset does not appear in Bluetooth search on the second phone. I have to go back, disconnect the first mobile manually, and only then can I connect the other phone. Because of this limitation, the headset is difficult to use. Please let me know if this is expected behavior or a defect. If this issue cannot be resolved, I would like to know whether it is possible to exchange the headset. Thank you for your support. I had the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro (The first Gen). Even with it's fancy software and packaging, the sound quality for music was not that good. The bass sounded like speaker has exploded and treble was too high. Before that I had Soundpeats Trufree2. These Huawei ones with almost 20% price of those are fantastic and much better than both of them. Amazing sound quality with a balance between bass and treble. Ear grip is much better and if you want to use them during running, exercise or cycling, they are quite good. There is no app that i could find but the basic connectivity via android is good enough. Plus I got on 11.11 sale so the price was extremely good (30% off). Highly recommended for people who want to enjoy amazing music quality especially during running or exercise

It’s not fit in my ears properly and after few minutes both pairs are drop off one by one, sound quality is good.

Very useful long battery

The Huawei Audio Connect application is easily available in the Samsung Galaxy app store. Nice flathead type earphones which are comfortable on the ears unlike other in-ear types, very good call quality and excellent battery life. Mic quality is very good and bass in music is decent for this type of earphones.

I honestly didn’t expect headphones this good for just £20! They remind me a lot of the AirPods Pro in terms of comfort and overall experience, but they’re actually much lighter, which makes them even more comfortable to wear for long periods. They fit securely in my ears without constantly needing to be adjusted, even while walking. The sound quality is surprisingly impressive for this price range. Voices are crystal clear, music sounds balanced, and call quality is excellent. I was genuinely surprised by how good they are. Battery life is also great, and pairing with my iPhone was quick and effortless. If you’re looking for affordable wireless earbuds, these are an absolute bargain. For £20 I honestly wasn’t expecting such high quality. Highly recommended!
