I waited a solid week before writing a review because quite honestly I didn't think a little wall plug in would work, but I was willing to try it. Holy crap. Within the first 4hrs there was a SIGNIFICANT difference in the air quality and smell in my home. There's 9 indoor cats and we have 4 auto boxes and 2 traditional boxes, but even with constant upkeep the cat smell persisted. A majority of the boxes are in one room so figured it would be the perfect testing room. It's honestly insane how much different the house smells. We also have 3 dogs and now when you enter the home you smell the dog beds in the front room and NO CAT SMELL. I'll be buying at least 2 more of these to spread throughout the house. Yes, it does whine on the highest setting, but I only left it on that setting for the first couple days and then adjusted it down to about the middle and there's barely any sound and the scent reduction is still amazing. If you have pets, just buy it and thank me later. Way better than scented plugins that just try to cover, this REMOVES smells completely. I'm still in awe. Def one of my best purchases this year.

Please don't buy this!!! A huge waste of money!!! I had bought this product with high expectations after watching the review of the product on YouTube. The unit did not provide fresh air as promised in the description of the product. At low settings, there was no visible difference to the air. At medium to high settings, it gave off a stinking smell similar to that of rotten eggs. At all settings, it emits a high pitch sound making it unsuitable to keep it anywhere near the bedroom unless you are not sensitive to high pitched sounds while sleeping. I have requested for a refund, but there is no reply from LUMA brands - the seller of the product.

We have a “cat room” with four litter boxes in it along with their food and water bowls. It gets the afternoon light/heat through three large windows. The cat box smell often makes it to the hallway despite our best efforts. (We have some really rancid bottoms here.) I put this in there on 75% and it cleared the stench right up. It became clear that that was too high a setting so I lowered it to 25% and that’s perfect. I also used it in our butler’s pantry where a very naughty cat kept peeing. (We have litter robots so the box is always free of waste. I have no idea why he does this.) While I’ve been able to clean up the messes and what I’m using has made it impossible for me to smell the pee, he keeps going back to the same two spots. I’m not sure if this can rid the pantry of the smell that only a cat smells but I’m willing to give it a shot. I don’t find it loud at all like some others do. But maybe it’s because I’m used to background noise in my home. As far as the smell, I can’t honestly put a name to how it smells but on the higher settings it makes my throat hurt. Thank goodness the lower setting(s) is sufficient. I can see how the light ring might disturb someone trying to sleep but since this is not in my bedroom I can’t say. It’s pretty compact but does impede utilizing the second socket where I use it. I’ve just plugged things in to different outlets to solve that problem. The instructions do recommend regular vacuum/cleaning with Qtips to keep it cleaning the air. It also says it can bother some with respiratory issues so read the directions and warnings well. For me, so far, it’s been great!

We Plugged this into our laundry room outlet because sometimes wet laundry left in there was making it smell quite nasty and dank, but you can really smell the ozone power of the air purifier! Perfect for that pass through space and wonderful for a small room that you want to keep an air purifier in. Made our laundry room smell great and keeps bad smelling laundry smelling better until the wash gets run! Highly recommend! A+++++ The first one we bought, I had our groomer try it because his mobile unit was smelling pretty “doggy”, he loved it and we bartered for the cost of it and I ordered another that we ended up using in the laundry room. May consider taking this small plug in one when we travel instead of the 500sq ft units, which we also use throughout our house and love!!

I purchased three of these to try to clear out some of the constant musty smell in my home, as well as the smell of the litter box that travels up from the basement no matter how clean we keep it. I plugged one in at the base of the stairs, one in the living room, and one in the hallway leading to the bedrooms, and while I'm still adjusting the dial for output as well as their final locations, I could tell the difference immediately. It adds a scent-quality to the air similar to hydrogen peroxide, which was very interesting, but also very satisfying in that it got rid of all the other less-than-appealing smells. 5/5 stars for functionality. I have two complaints. The first is something I will largely ignore due to how immediately and successfully the yuck-smell has dissipated from my home: These guys are LOUD. It's not the worst loud-fan sound, but there is a very noticeable hissing sound which increases in volume depending on how high you have the output set. There's no getting around it unless you turn the device off completely, which of course defeats the purpose. If you are sound-sensitive, this could be extremely disruptive and definitely something to take note of. The other and one that irks me to no end - the steady green glow that is put off from the dial is *extremely* bright. There is no way to turn it off, so I am stuck with this awful green that is bright enough to light up a room when all other lights are off - I would absolutely not be able to sleep with one of these in my bedroom. I will likely be purchasing some led dimming stickers, or covering it with electrical tape, but to me, this is a design flaw that could be remedied easily. Having said that, with how effective this is at odor control, I will likely be purchasing one or two more in the future if I need more square footage covered.
