To fit my oxo palm brush pump handle , I had to cut off the two extra plastic clips. It fitted OK after, quality , only time will tell.

I love these refill heads! Less plastic in the environment too. I throw it in the dishwasher every few days. It does well in the dishwasher to cleanse away any germs. I have my order on subscription!
