This tablet was exceptional. It was kid friendly. Worked well and easy to use.

*UPDATE* I was sent a replacement tablet very quickly. However... I'm having THE SAME ISSUE with this one! The charging mechanism is NOT RIGHT. Do not waste your time with this tablet. It isn't worth it at all.. the replacement charged last night and it worked fine, but once the tablet died it would not recharge. Unreal. I would give 0 stars if I could.Well, we expected this tablet just before our vacation with our little... it showed up on time however... THE CHARGING PORT is broken. The device won't charge. Very unfortunate. Seller should check these things before they send them out... especially when they sit for months before shipping! This device was last fully charged over 90 days ago.. this totally could have been avoided.

First, I must say before you put on the screen protector makes sure you take off the film that is on the screen. I almost put the screen protector right on top. it is very hard to see and take off. Then, I must say that the customer service is great! I bought this gift for my 6 year old son for Christmas. It only lasted 2 weeks before the screen broke. I contacted the email that is on the frequently asked questions that is inside the box (instruction manual) and at first they said that the screen wasn't covered due to drops and what-not and offered me 50% refund. I asked for them to reconsider and explained to them that it only lasted about 2 weeks and that the tablet was unusable. The screen had broken under the protector. They shipped me a whole new one. I couldn't be happier and grateful.

First I rated it a 5, worked great for my two year old. He handles it well. And is very good with it. I now notice after a few months the screen isn’t working as well and it’s starting to take some time to load up. The kick stand could sit up better and is kinda cheap BUT any accidental drops has kept the screen from breaking. Suggesting the screen issues could be due to that. Overall happy with purchase but it’s not a long term tablet. Nothing like an iPad. Worth the money though. I like the option for it to be closer to a normal tablet and kids setting and I could get all of the games and YouTube kids which was a deal breaker for me with some of the others. I’d you’re looking for a first time tablet this is great. If you’re looking for something for a 6+ year old then I’d get something better for sure. Kids are impatient and it could be faster. But two year old likes his cartoons

Just what I need to stir son away from my cell phone. He can play games, Utube and much more. Easy to use, Performance,Durability, Picture quality Storage and Batter Life.

I bought this with the intention of gifting them last Christmas to my daughters. We ended up deciding on different gifts and were saving these until next year (I purchased 2). I should have opened them and tried them because now I’m well beyond any type of resolution window. The volume is so low even at the highest setting you have to be inches from the screen to hear it, and it did not play through Bluetooth. It tried but it was just in an out noises and no words were clear enough to understand. It did play a movie through Disney plus so I had to give it some credit. But not much

This tablet has a big screen and alot of built in options as seen on description. It is a bit heavy but very durable with a nice rubber case with stand. The color is nice and bright. Only thing is the volume is not that high. If it is quiet great but if you have noise around it may be too low. After awhile the screen does not work when you tap it, it stops working only works when it wants. Not worth it.
