For those about to rock
Ok I’m not a real drummer but I like to play rock band and needed the right chair for it. After a rabbit hole of reviews I landed on this one It’s well made, can hold a big butt and a smaller one just as comfortably. Like that it’s adjustable to taller/short people too. Great value for the money

Comfortable and sturdy with one flaw.
=== Packaging ===The throne was well-package in a cardboard box. The seat and tripod were both wrapped in plastic. No damage to the shipping box or product.=== Construction ===The seat was made from foam with a velvet and vinyl top. The tripod had double-braced legs, non-slip feet, and adjustable height. The throne was about the same weight as my current throne, but the tripod was heavier and the seat was lighter. The seat attachment used two fasteners, a wing screw and a hex bolt.=== Use ===The seat attached with a double fastener clamp. Height adjustment was made by loosening the side wing screw and rotating the seat. The tripod shaft had a stop for the leg attachment ring. A side wing screw tightened the leg ring in place.=== Summary ===The throne, over the course of a four-hour gig, was comfortable enough that I didn't think about it. The wide, contoured seat was comfortable and fit well. At no time did I feel there wasn't enough padding. The velvet top was a blessing and a curse in that to kept me from accidentally sliding around, but i had to get up off the seat to make adjustments. The tripod was sturdy. Once I got it adjusted and locked down, it didn't move or feel loose. The Flaw: I had to re-tightened the wing screw and hex bolt twice because they had loosened. Both times I thought I put enough torque on the both to keep the seat fastened. As the evening ended, and with normal movement for drumming, the two fasteners came loose again. I didn't tightened again because it was time to break things down. Other thrones I have use a single wing screw to create a friction hold right to the tripod shaft. Maybe the manufacturer can alter the attachment to not be susceptible to the active and constant movement of a drummer.Overall, and except for the seat attachment problem, I enjoyed using this throne.

Don't worry about this not being a brand name! This throne is Sturdy and adjustable!!!
I need a new throne base for my Porter and Davis seat! They are heavy! I find this throne to be as sturdy and strong as I need it. Also with a spin it adjusts easily!!

So comfortable
The stock Donner seat in my kit was terrible. It squeaks. This one is so much more comfortable and no squeaking!

no drumsticks...not that we need them...but you know, a deal is a deal right?
The stool is great but you didn't send drumsticks that were part of the deal.
