Excellent bath chair! The legs fold under, which is nice. My daughter is 70 lbs and about 5" tall. This is a perfect length for her. Any taller and I would go with the bigger chair. Although this size fits in the tub nicely. Would definitely recommend.

Its foldable, very durable. My one issue is that it is a tad bigger than I expected. Very sturdy, I really don't have anything bad to say about this chair. My only complaint is the price. But that is a general complaint about all special needs devices.
