Got the black henna and left it on for two hours ,didn’t do anything at all and my hair still looks the same

Nice, I add the water and the henna powder to a pan and I heat it for a while until the paste is a very dark green, that's how I best get the pigments out

Only used once. I expected better outcome colour wasn't all that great. It is possible that you might have to use this product more than once if you want to colour grey hair.
