Great product, works as advertised. It is perfect for taking things up and down the stairs to our attic, we have a walk in attic. it is not a warehouse heavy duty work horse, but for everyday items it is perfect and very helpful. For what it was designed for, 330lb limit, it is ideal. If you have a lot of turns to do when going up stairs it is best not to load it to its maximum, but for under limit loads it works beautifully for us. we expect to be using it for many years to come.

Easy to assemble and light enough for this 75 year old to lift. Easy up and down step transfer of heavy items.

Did not come with instructions, so took a few emails with customer service to figure out that handles have to be expanded with a certain amount of force. Seems well made

Could use a longer handle but this product makes tough jobs easier especially going up stairs quite impressive.

Does the job for stairs, but it's very short and flimsy if you're pulling from above when going up the stairs.

Both my husband and I like using this, it will be a great help as we get older.

Amazing product. From last 6 months I am using it almost every weekend to carry my groceries and recently I was able to use it to lift 200 pounds of stuff on stairs

Overall I liked the cart using it for a home improvement project. Never carried over 60lbs but the weld that holds the wheel bracket to the cart failed. Note how the white paper slips all the way under the bracket. The package the card arrived in was so damaged it is going to be a chore to tape it back together for the return. Good cart... bad day for quality control at the manufacturer.

From the pictures, this looks like a heavy duty hand truck, I was surprised to see how small the wheels are. I guess it's my fault not to check the size. By looking at the frame, I wouldn't even try to put any heavy loads on it. It works for the purpose of climbing stairs, but it could've been better with bigger wheels.

It smells toxic.If it's in your car, your eyes will feel pain very soon and will even make you hard to breath.If you are planning to carry it in the car or use it in closed area, you may want to make an appointment with your doctor first.

This thing actually gets stuck in the stairs. Do not buy it. Just get a regular dolly.
