I love these. They are perfect for fish, especially flaky fish which sometimes falls apart. Having two different size slices means that you can use the bigger one to place at the bottom of the fish, while using the smaller one to hold the top firm. They have a quality look and feel, and are very easy to clean, either by hand or dishwasher.

The spatulas arrived very quickly, the price was good and they are really easy to use. The main reason for buying was we needed strong but thin spatulas. I can wholly recommend these as they are excellent quality and good value for money.

These are very well-designed, sturdy spatulas. Perfect sizes, feel great in the hand, and ideal for getting properly underneath food in a pan. Despite the long slats the metal feels very robust and is not at all flimsy like some cheaper designs I've tried. These are five-star products for me, but they might not be for you if you are a) left-handed because the slice 'angle' is designed for righties and b) if you prefer to hang your utensils up using a hole or hook. Finally, so many utensil handles leak water when they come out of the dishwasher - not these ones as the handle is fully sealed. Not the cheapest but I'm really glad I spent the money - these are designed to last and will serve me well for years.

Unfortunately the large fish slice was collecting liquid in the handle after the third time in the dishwasher. A hole was not visible but liquid inside leaks out when cooking. I contacted Gourmet Easy who responded immediately and replaced the faulty product. Excellent customer service! The replacement is perfect, ergonomic, great to cook with and looks awesome.

We decided to upgrade to these spatulas having heard bad things about using plastic ones. They look good and have ergonomic handles. The angled head works well when turning food. Our frying pans are copper/stainless steel, but I would be hesitant to use them with non-stick frying pans, as the tips are quite sharp. For us, they have been a great addition to our utensil collection and I have no problem in recommending them.

The best stainless steel spatula you can find on Amazon. It’s a bit pricey, but it's worth it - it will last you a lifetime!

These spatulas are gorgeous! Yes, they are expensive, but well worth the money. I am so tired of having cooking utensils break at the handles. That is because most are two piece. These are all made in one piece and can never have a handle come apart. They should last a lifetime. You will save money in the long run, so go ahead and buy them.

Schönes Design, praktisch, da zwei verschiedene Größen. Schön leicht und flach gearbeitet (bei Pfannkuchen wichtig)! Liegt gut in der Hand und wirkt sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Und vor allem- kein Plastik! Das war mir wichtig! Und da ich Pfannen habe die ohne Beschichtung sind, kann ich nichts kaputt machen.

Just received and tried, and they are easily the nicest spatulas I have ever cooked with. If stainless steel spatulas are what you need, do not hesitate to pick these up. The upsides are super quality design and finish, beautiful to the eye and in the hand, slip under food dramatically better than any plastic alternative (and I think I have tried most of them), fully dishwasher safe, no wooden handle to crack or get ugly, stiff enough to scrape pan or lift large piece of food, but flexible enough for pleasant use. If there are downsides, I have not found them. At this point these seem literally perfect. These will serve me well for a very long time, I could not be happier with this purchase.
