Ozeri 12-Inch Stainless Steel Pan with ETERNA, a PFOA and APEO-Free Non-Stick Coating

This was a Christmas present for my husband (he did ask for a pan he could do omelettes in, incase you think this is a strange present, lol!!!). I was really pleased with how quick it was delivered on the standard delivery I selected, ordered late on a Sunday, delivered by Tuesday! My husband has been more than pleased with it too. It works well on our induction hob. It feels well made, solid & has a bit of weight to it, not too heavy, just a little heavier than you'd expect for its size. The coating on the inside works wonderfully while cooking & makes it so easy to clean also. It's such a handy size, it's been used numerous times already, considering we've only had a few days. It also comes with a pan protector that you place inside the pan to protect the coating from scratches when you stack other pans or kitchen utensils on top of it, when not in use.

Swift delivery and well packed. The shape and weight of the pan is very comfortable and perfect for my needs. I like the neat way the rivets are dealt with, and no burning in use. Not used much yet, so no idea how long the coating will last but it seems to be top quality. Beats into a cocked hat the pan I bought recently from John Lewis - more expensive, not so generous, horrible gritty coating and burnt instantly. Would definitely recommend this one instead. Update 2018: Have used this pan heavily for 2 years and the coating has now started to flake and look a bit shabby, so replacing it today. However, I still like the pan. I also own a Le Creuset omelette pan but that is also showing scratches and wear on the non-stick interior, so I am not replacing this pan with Le Creuset, happy to replace it with the same Ozeri again. Other than starting to flake, the pan has lasted really well.

I now own the 8", 10" and 12" versions and they are the best pans. Food can be cooked in little or no oil and nothing sticks. They are robustly constructed and look and feel as though they will last forever. Cleaning is a doddle, usually just a wipe with a damp cloth will suffice.

I have struggled to find a pan that does not stick when frying eggs but this one seems to fit the bill so far. How it will perform after a few months only time will tell.

Takes a little longer to heat up (i have an induction hob) but the temp is well controlled afterwards. The pan is very solid, and the triple rivets make that handle feel secure.

We ordered a replacement frying pan that was identical to our old one. however the lining started to peel off the new one within a month of use (followed the care instructions that came with the pan). We returned the pan via Amazon and requested another replacement. It was only at this stage that I read other reviews of the pans, and was surprised to read that other people had experienced the same peeling issue with their pans. Replacement pan received, this too started peeling but was outside of the Amazon returns window. I contacted the manufacturer and provided all the photos & details they requested, they agreed to send a replacement, but that was over 2 months ago. I’m now left with a pan that isn’t safe to use & am over £50 out of pocket. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT the brand quality is not as it used to be. VERY disappointed.

I've bought several non Teflon, non stick frying pans from amazon and this one is by far the best, in every way including longevity. Very highly recommended!

I bought this in October 2020 - 2½ years ago.. Just about to throw the pan away as the coating is turning black whenever I use the pan, regardless of the heat. Started to do this about a year ago when on high heat, now it does it all the time. It was great when I first bought it, doesn't seem to be a guarantee with it so no recourse, but thought I would let you all know as I bought it for £29.99 then.. now it's over £70.. expensive!

Lo uso diario y en verdad no se le pega nada y para que siga así se deben seguir las instrucción que vienen con el sarten, el material es muy bueno y está bien construido.

I am incredibly impressed by the quality of this pan, 2 months into using it almost daily. I have moved away from all aluminum cookware (neurotoxin), and this one fit the bill for stainless steel construction and non-toxic non-stick technology. It feels extremely solid, cooks evenly, and frankly the color is beautiful.

Prodotto molto buono. Il triplo fondo rende migliori le cotture. La robustezza è notevole, di tipo professionale insieme alla pellicola antiaderente, particolare, molto efficiente e resistente. Ne consiglio l'acquisto.

Un prodotto di ottima qualità, realizzato con cura e dai risultati molto soddisfacenti. Molto utile in cucina per ottenere cotture senza problemi.
