My dog having eaten my last St Francis cross [I'm sure there is a theological issue there], I purchased one of these. It is a very bright and attractive version of the cross, well engraved and apparently well constructed. Unfortunately, the latter proved not to be the case, as within a day or two, the metal crucifix parted company with the olive wood backing. However, within 24 hours the seller offered a replacement, without the trouble of my returning the defective item. It arrived within 4 days and is perfectly sound.. Excellent customer service and a very good item. Pax et Bonum.
