Easy to install
I was getting some heavy water hammering on my hot water line under the bathroom sink. This stopped that. Pros: 1. Easy to install 2. Works great. 3. I only installed one under my bathroom sink, but it stopped the hammering on all the showers, and sinks. Cons: 1. No cons at all. It worked great.

Seemed to help pipe thumping
These seem to help with the pipes going thump when the ice maker and water dispenser are used. I don't have another brand to compare it to, so not sure if there are others may work better. I still have a little thumping of the pipe, but it did reduce it some.

It works
I bought one for the hotel I stay at. Very bad hammer from the toilets. On my room, the hammer is GONE. I can still hear the other rooms hammer (same water line) but it is quieter. The manager says he will get some for the other rooms.

Doesn't last long
water hammer went away only first few weeks and now it came back. So probably the arrestor failed already.

No more water hammer
I added this to my name t bar glass rinse after having a water hammer sound. Works great no diminishing water pressure and no more water hammer sound that drove me and my wife nuts.

DID NOT WORK ON MY BATHROOM FAUCET
VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODECT ,INSTALLED ON SINGLE FAUCET IN MY BATHROOM,NOT EVEN A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE ,SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED THE SHARK BITE VERSION

Like - seems to work - so far … and easy to install Dislike - my 5/8” wrench didn’t work on it. It is slightly bigger. Definitely not a show stopper. As well … for some reason this didn’t ship from Canada…. Had to pay duty on it.

Good to have but not super effective
It's a nice addition to the supply value under the vanity and the toilet. However, it's effectiveness is limited due to the short size. I had better results with the sharkbites that have a longer travel range. However, they don't fit under the vanity. I would say I noticed 35% improvement. Thanks
