So, I will say in terms of fragrance in the shower you will smell the mint but you’re not gonna get out smelling like it. It’s mainly made to help you breathe better & give you that refreshed feeling . I’m assuming that’s why the smell is more of a minty smell

The tablets are a good size. 1oz each. If you don't put the tablet in the direct flow of the shower stream then each tablet can last for two showers. Just place it on the corner ledge of the tub or a shelf so only some water drips onto it.
