Huntboo Escape Proof Dog Harness Medium, Anti-Pull Dog Harness with Handle

Excellent harness, reasonable easy to adjust for a snug fit but to begin it's a bit difficult as the adjustment points are a little stiff but that ensures that it does slip or move once it is adjusted, looks nice when on, and is very reflective which is ideal after dark, so far it seems to be escape proof, my dog has tried to pull out of it without success, she is a little scared of it going over her head but once it's on she is quite happy to keep in on all day long, I would recommend this harness. April 2026 Update I have had to purchase the XL version of this harness in black as my dog has put on a little weight - she's getting lazy and fat!!!! I am hoping that with the better weather and more exercise... but it fits her a treat, I have had to adjust it to fit, but now that I have, it is much more comfortable for her, and yes I have no hesitation is updating my recommendation of it, it is well made, sturdy, and has lots of reflective parts which is ideal for night time excursions when your dog really needs to be seen.

This harness is great, Skye is a heavy girl 22.5kg, we went for the large rose red harness and it looks great on her. The fit is good plenty of room to adjust either way. It’s a little fiddly to tighten but once done it’s a win! The only issue is there are no loops for the straps to be held on once tightened so they flap around but I can live with that. So Skye is trying to back out of her harness if one of us is further behind on a walk we tested it today, her normal harness would come up over her head. With this escape proof harness there is no wriggle room, it almost spins her as you can see in the video. Feel happier knowing that she can’t get out of it, it’s too much effort now to back out of the 2 straps and her head can’t easily be pulled through the head hole which is even better. Randomly she walked much nicer on this harness too less pulling. She was quite happy wearing it no issues. We tested the grip handle on the back we can lift her in it but she is not a fan of not having her feet off the ground, but it will help on walks where she struggles with the climb. Highly recommend for those stubborn Houdini dogs!!

BEST HARNESS WE HAVE BOUGHT!! We have tried so many types of harness for our dog, we have a border collie cross so a bit of a weird shape when trying to find a harness, we tried a K9 J and it was okay but he tried to slip it, this one we know he is secure, has a handle for that further reassurance. Fits him great! Will only buy these harnesses for him now

The harness seems well made, lightweight and reasonably adjustable. I found the adjusting a bit fiddly but manageable, I couldn’t quite adjust it as much as I needed to for my Springer Spaniel. Maybe both sides on the third tummy strap should be adjustable.

My jack russell pulls a lot and does the emergency stop on walks thus is a great product I feel safe taking her out it fits well so she cant wriggle free I like the handle on top so I can grab her if needed and you can lift your dog in the car using the handle also a very important point she looks fab in the vibrant pink colour I cant praise this item enough

Order date 18 Nov 2023 Order Total £25.58 Size large fits my 20kg Airedale terrier nicely. Plent of adjustment. All 3 straps are positioned well, adjusting them all is a bit of a faff and putting the harness on takes a minute but it's worth the extra time. The third strap means none of the straps need to be adjusted tight. I needed a 2 strap harness to be much tighter to avoid my dog getting out of the harness. So this harness is much more comfortable for the dog while also being more secure. No chance of the dog walking backwards out of it. The buckles seems strong enough. No problems. Each strap continues through the padding to connect to the other strap. Some harnesses rely on the padding as a structural part of the harness, not this one, the straps continue all the way round for all three. And the stitching all looks great.

The size i got said to fit staffy size ,but was a lot too small even though the measurements i took said it was the right size ,had to send back ,but the harness is well made and will be ordering a bigger size for both my dogs

Beautiful and strong

The harness is very sturdy and is adaptable to fit my dog at various points. The quality is very good and has performed well so far. My dog seems to be very comfortable wearing it and it has held up well against the dog's ferocious pulling when she spots a squirrel! The strong handle and double straps make it convenient if I need to lift the dog. One of the straps is very long though and has a lot of excess. It seems too long for the size adjustments available for the size of the dog as listed in the size chart. But that doesn't affect the use of the harness. This is the sturdiest harness I have bought and I am happy with my purchase. Review edit after 1 year of use: this harness has held up very well. Controls my strong dog without harming her neck or body. I love this harness.

Es la mejor compra para mi tranquilidad porque tengo una podenca de 10 kilos que le tiene miedo a literalmente todo, y cuando se asusta con lo que sea intenta escapar y no razona. Tenía los arneses clásicos de dos anclajes, salía con miedo de que se soltase, y casi lo consigue en varias ocasiones. Con este arnés es imposible. Es robusto, no hay forma de que dé marcha atrás y se lo saque por la cabeza y el asa es súper cómoda para agarrarla en corto cuando entra en pánico. Le compré una S y lo volví a comprar en otro color porque me encanta y así tengo un recambio para lavarlos. Si tenéis un perro asustadizo es lo mejor para su seguridad. Un diez!
