Melts when tumble dried on cool
Washed it on 40 then tumbled dried it on cool which it advertises as fine, all the inside has melted.

Heavy and difficult to use
It is quite impractical to use given the heavy weight. The corners of the duvet, protector and cover never stay together and extremely difficult to fix.

Poor zip placement makes for a battle to put on.
Only one star as the zip placement makes this a sheer battle to put on a super king size duvet. The zip could easily have been attached so that, when zipped up, it finishes at a corner instead of halfway across one end.After fighting with it for half an hour, I finally got it on. Won’t be repurchasing!

This was like sleeping in crisp packet and very hot . So had to remove it .
