Buyer beware, false advertising, this is not from ITALY, this is from Serbia. UPDATE
UPDATE: MY CATS ARE WOMITING, ALL OF THEM (10) THE FOOD MUST HAVE BEEN BINNED! Why does the country of origin matter.. I've been using Farmina grain free for 5-6 years, cat breeder with plenty of experince. Farmina is the best available dry cat food in the UK BUT... just 1-2 years ago it caused serious health problems, people right and left were reporting it (pls see reviews on Chewy.com among others). We experienced serious issues like constant vomiting and diharrea and at the end of the day my cats ate only the raw meat (twice a day) but wouldn't touch Farmina (our background food). Upon googleing I found the reason, arsenic contamination. Allegedly the problem is that Serbia' tap water naturally high in Arsenic, the problem was so big that Russia even banned Farmina for a period of time because of it. By now they might sorted this out - but one never can be sure. I usually spend a fortune to buy it directly from Italy which case a 10kg grain free chicken bag cost around 120 with the post cost (super hight). Now apart from a delayed delivery' problem I ordered this type (not their favorite) ONLY because it was stated it came from Italy. Not true. On the bag, country of origin is SERBIA.

Look, I know N&D costs more than my own groceries, but let me tell you—my cats could drop a bomb on any “American” cat food, and the whole house would immediately know. We’ve spent the past seven years testing every brand out there, and it’s been a nasal nightmare. Then we found this. Made in Italy, not full of whatever mystery nonsense is in the others, and—brace yourself—it actually smells good. Like, so good I’ve genuinely considered trying it (don’t judge me). But the real win? My house no longer smells like a toxic waste site every time my cats do their business. And the best part? Miss Fatty—my personal feline vacuum—actually eats less of this stuff because it’s real food and fills her up. So this 11-pound bag lasts longer than a 20-pound sack of overpriced, smelly garbage. Who knew quality over quantity worked on cats too? So yeah, I’ll gladly spend the extra money. My nose, my home, and Miss Fatty’s portion control demand it.
