She has also included the amount of carbs, fat, calories, fibre and protein for every recipe. The reviewers who think a lot of the ingredients cannot be obtained in Britain, either lead very sheltered lives, have not actually looked at the recipes or are making presumptions! A mere handful of ingredients were unfamiliar to me but it is usually obvious what they are or they can be found on the internet. Just one word of caution, in some recipes the amount of the carbs per portion are a very high if you are trying to keep to 20g of carbs a day. However, this is a really good recipe book whether you are following a keto diet or not. I recommend it. This book is brilliant and so useful. It features a really good selection of tasty recipes for all meals and occasions. The Best Ketogenic Cookbook Around!
This book has made the ketogenic diet doable for us, having been put off by other recipe books. It is so easy to use and the author has put helpful conversion charts at the back of the book for Fahrenheit to Centigrade, liquids & weights and for converting cups and spoons, though I’ve bought a set of cups as they are so quick to use! The recipes themselves are fast to prepare and delicious to eat and she gives suggestions for alternative ingredients as well. All the nutritional information is given at the end of each recipe. The explanations and directions are clear and straight forward and the tips are helpful. Yes, she does mention US brands, but they are only a suggestion. There are plenty of desserts too, which makes this diet a joy. You may need to look up any unfamiliar names, such as zucchini (aka courgettes) as is the norm with US books, but this doesn’t distract from the book. Equipment wise, you will need a blender of some sort or a food processor, as the ingredients need binding together. I’m so pleased with the Kindle version, that I’m going to buy the paperback version too. I can’t recommend this book enough and no, I have don’t connection with the author, just a happy tummy! :)

Recipes are ok, but very disappointing as there are no pictures of any of the recipes.

⭐A MUST HAVE⭐
It arrived quickly, a good quality book & EASY to Follow the Recipes. The 'content' menu is easy to follow & clearly marked throughout the book. There's a great 'section one' with intro to keto, about Keto how it works etc, foods to eat foods to avoid, equipment, pantry essentials. It's a great section⭐ The Recipes are simple, clearly marked out & with easy to get ingredients! UK friendly too. Simple measurements & Carbs, Fat etc clearly calculated at bottom of page.(look at photo) Gladly, for me no meal photos! But the recipes are so simple & clearly set out you don't need pics🥰 Also 7 lined pages at back of book for notes, A great variety, a no fuss, must have for a Keto diet!🎉 Keep it Simple.🙏🧠🤪 AND ☘Good Luck☘ to you all on your 😍Keto journey😍

BEST KETOGENIC BOOK BY FAR
I am so delighted with this book. It is so easy to follow - its true ketogenic - I have made so many dishes from this book and have ordered her next book coming out in September as well. I find so many so-called ketogenic cook book authors are not true ketogenic as they include recipes with ingredients that are defintately not part of keto way of eating.

Poor product. Avoid
This is a pretty poor Keto diet book. Its VERY American in product which makes it hard to use. Plus the net carb amounts dont add up, and they are high, often over 10g for each meal. Which is stupid as many keto diets have 20g as a ceiling. Personally I would avoid this book. My copy is going into the paper recycling!

Not really stuff I'd eat
I knew there would be some things I can't eat as I am allergic to fish and cheese. 2 things that low carb diets depend on quite heavily. But out of the ones in the book that don't have those in, I simply wouldn't eat them. They take too long to prepare some of them and seem like a lot of hassle for a plate of food that isn't all that appealing to me. Maybe they are appealing to others. I saw the front cover and thought 'great, looks like normal food'. So I bought the book. None of the meals/recepe's are like the front cover. This seems to be the same for other keto and diabetic type books. I think I will give up looking for realistic meal ideas.

Gutes Buch, alles leicht zu kaufen
Sehr schöne Rezepte, ich habe schon einiges nachgekocht. Alles sehr einfach und schnell nach der Arbeit zu machen. Empfehlung. Ich wünschte im Intro hätte mehr über die verschiedenen Öle gestanden. Ich habe mir jetzt erst 10 Tage nach Kauf MCT Öl gekauft. Ein "Basics" Intro wäre super gewesen. Aber Rezepte super. Empfehlung!

Easy to make recipes
Recipes are easy to make and utilize common ingredients. Lost 7 kgm in weight so far and have had delicious filling meals.
