I was preparing to buy a nice leather messenger back for an upcoming trip...but it's a bit pricey, heavy and not water proof. I happened across this--cheap and currently with a big discount to boot--and figured it's too cheap not to try it first. All the reviews are accurate! The materials are all synthetic, but have a nice quality feel to them. Every compartment zips shut and the folding top allows use as a smaller mini-messenger bag or a slightly taller tote bag--adding a good additional chunk of space inside.I have a rain jacket and waterproof bucket hat that I want to carry in case of rain and temperature drops. I can fit both in this bag in its smaller size and could still easily carry a little more--a power bank for sure. Maybe some little odds and ends. Unfolded I could almost carry a second jacket--or certainly a water bottle and more. I am folding the jacket up pretty tight, but it fits and I'm not worried about wrinkles.So now I have this snazzy leather bag I really like...but honestly can't justify buying. This little thing is just too good.

It's nice to know I cover with this bag. Nice amount of room to carry lots of my things. Nice looking bag as well. Nice value for the money.

I really like the design of this bag and that it is roomy without being huge. It has several pockets and places for a cell phone and pens inside. I appreciate that many of the pockets have zippers so that anything I put in them will stay there even if the bag rolls over or falls off the car seat when I'm driving. I also really like the fabric of the bag, which is kind of a very tightly woven nylon or something similar. It gives it an edgy vibe. The buckle has a magnetic clasp, so while it clicks together easily, it would also click apart fairly quickly. It's really more for decoration and to hold the flap in place since the bag also zips shut, so that isn't an issue, just something to mention as I haven't seen this particular type of clasp before. It actually makes it easier to buckle and unbuckle than similar ones that rely on a clip-together mechanism. The only thing I wish this had was an inside hook that a keyring could be attached to - it makes it so much easier to keep track of those. I'll probably add one of my own because that's really the only thing I can think of that I don't really like about this.

I was looking for a crossbody bag that I can take with me when I'm sketching outside. I wanted something that is light enough, yet strong, as well as has enough storage places to separate items and keeping them organized. This bag provided all of that and I'm glad I got it.The material is perfect for taking it with me outside. It really can take a beating. It is waterproof so it is nice to have when working in a cafe or by the beach. Smooth enough for easy cleaning. The buckle is strong and it is magnetic. The strap is adjustable and long enough to carry it as a crossbody bag or it could be shortened to hold it from the strap itself.It actually can carry a lot. However, I keep it light since I take it with me outside. I typically have two sketchbooks, traveller's watercolor kit, pencils and sometimes ink pens. Theres' tons of space left to pack anything else if needed. It has two full width zipper pockets on the outside. The inside has another one that's about half the size. In addition to two inside open pockets for pens or similar items. Really no complaints about anything.
