The media could not be loaded. When I receive this item at my door, I was very excited to open. My daughter is a picky eater so I wanted to make this as soon as possible and try something new. I open the package and to my surprise The protein is halfway full very disappointed because a lot of companies do this. They give you such a big jar but it’s only halfway full, like why do they do this? It literally makes me feel like you’re ripping me off. I hope this review gets back to the manufacturer and intense to fill the jar a little bit more.

The container is about 2 times bigger than it needs to be, but the scooper was a nice surprise (did you see the spotted egg on the front of the container?).The first time making it and following the instructions, we found the drink was too watery. It was also pretty much impossible to mix thoroughly. So the 2nd time we made it, we used about 50% more Suplekids Protein Powder and mixed it using our milk frother. Success!If you mix it right, the flavor is very good. It's not a chocolate milk shake, but it's still pretty yummy. We even put the mixed glass of protein shake in the microwave for a minute or so and was even better!

When mixed with water, this Suplekids chocolate drink is nicely chocolatey, but very sweet. As an adult, I found it too sweet - I realize that small children may have a different preference for sweetness. I offered it to one of my teenagers, and he said it was weird, but sort of okay. I think he does not like the sucralose sweetener. Next, I tried mixing it with milk. I was expecting a big improvement, but instead, it lost its chocolate flavor. A few of us that tried it thought it had an artificial strawberry milk vibe when mixed with milk. I was able to fix it by diluting it with more milk to cut the sweetness and adding some cocoa powder. It does not mix easily by stirring; to get a smooth drink in either milk or water, I had to use a milk frother.

even with just water, this has a very tasty chocolate taste and the texture isnt completely watery, it's a little creamy. it's way better with milk, creamier, and the taste doesnt get diluted so the chocolate taste is even better. i had to try with water, just to see, and it was perfectly drinkable, but milk is definitely the way to go.i may not be the target audience (for kids), but sometimes these things are better for other people. for me, taste and texture has to be a certain way or else it makes me gag or want to throw up. other supplement + protein powders are one of those things that do it to me, but not this one. for me, this is really good, as i can drink normally and it doesnt taste or feel weird to drink, just like a slightly off, slightly thicker chocolate milk with the taste of vitamins.the only thing id say that's bad about this, is there is an aftertaste. it's basically caused by artificial sweetener most likely, but definitely worth mentioning since things leaving an aftertaste isnt really all that appealing. also only 15 servings at 1 scoop each, so it wont last all that long, especially if youre giving this to multiple people.

The chocolate-flavored protein shake powder works out well with our kids. It has a good amount of various daily vitamins that our kids might not be getting cause they eat weirdly. What kind of kids eat only the chicken skin and not the meat? Our kids! The powder only has 1 gram of sugar per serving which works out well mixing it with vanilla almond milk which has 13 grams of sugar so after mixing the shake is not too sweet. The powder doesn't mix well with a spoon and clumps up but the clumps start to dissolve easier after sitting for a few minutes. It mixes much better using a shaker bottle for protein shakes. The results were a delicious mild chocolate-flavored supplement shake with a light smooth viscosity that went down smoothly. Overall, I found the chocolate-flavored protein shake powder to be quite pleasant and delicious and our two girls don't mind the flavor so it's a win-win situation.
