Nemesis: The historical epic from Master of Adventure, Wilbur Smith

I haven't read a Wilbur Smith novel for several years, only because there are so many good authors writing great books. Nemesis has gripped me from the 1st chaptor & I am thougherly enjoying the story. In fact when I downloaded the book I also downloaded a further Wilbur Smith book which I havent started on yet. Smith has been one of my fave writers since I was a young man. Im now 72 and still an avid reader, I read every night. You cant go wrong if you want a good read by perusing a Wilbur Smith book of any title.

Wonderful story telling with twists and turns. Jumping from Paris to Cape Town to Calcutta with a feel for each location.

Loved it. Great adventure. Can't wait to read the next one.

The two stories were so different that there seemed to be no common thread. Each story well written, kept you wanting to see if they would in fact ever collide. I thoroughly recommend reading this book.

Another epic from a fantastic story teller and although it all came together at the end I was not impressed with the lay out of two stories interwoven over five years. Of all the books from the Courtney Series this was the poorest. I have read and reread all of his books and will continue to do so but not this one.

This is a good read. It is certainly not Wilbur Smith and the author demeans himself by suggesting it is. To the author, stand on your own two feet. You are good enough to do so

From.start to finish you are captivated by this story. The twists and turns make this a book you won't put down, I didn't. I'm reaching for the next episode now.

Love the way Wilbur Smith continues his line of books together with other writers like Tom Harper. I have all the Wilbur Smith books and meanwhile I also read read all Tom Harper books. That says it all !

Magnificent story but lots of violence - hard to put down. Would recommend this to all Wilbur smith fans. Most enjoyable

Actually I'm only a little over half way, and it is hard to put the book down, excellent writer!
