Wow, I couldn't believe a brand-new starter would be so value-priced as this one when I started doing my research. I spent over 40 years in the auto parts industry, and I can tell you from experience, getting a NEW starter at this price is almost unheard of. In the industry, many times stores sell rebuilt units when it comes to starters and alternators and even then, those are still more expensive. And, when you bought the rebuilt units, you always had to bring in your old one as an exchange or it cost you an additional amount if yours was broken or non-exchangeable. This starter was an exact fit, came with exactly the same terminals and all as my old one. It took about ten minutes total to install it and to have my Jeep back running. Heck, it took longer to round up the few tools I needed than to actually install the starter! Overall, I'm impressed with the looks and apparent quality, of course, longevity remains to be determined but if it lasts as long as it looks good, it'll be cranking my Jeep for quite some time! I recommend this product!

It fits good and spins my motor over faster than the old one ever did. Probably because of the 20% more copper inside or just maybe because it’s new but probably because of the reason it needed replaced in the first place. See the picture and the broken wire! It mounts up the same as the original starter which is a pain to get to the top bolt but with an extension and a universal it’s not bad. Just take the solenoid off before you start reassembly because you will need the extra room to get to that top bolt and unless you take the solenoid off you won’t be able to get to the top bolt easily! It also comes out easier if you remove the solenoid first. This is a good replacement starter and it functions good! And at a 3rd of the cost at the local parts store you can’t beat it!

I bought this for my 2003 Toyota Camry. It’s been a couple months now and I’ve had zero issues. I was sick of being taken advantage of by mechanics charging crazy prices just for the parts and not being completely transparent so I cut out the middle man bought the part myself and hired a mobile mechanic to drop it in for me. It took an hour and a half, I paid for two hours of labor plus tip and I’ve had no issues since. HIGHLY recommend.
